Frequently asked questions
What file should I upload?
A print-ready PDF at the artwork size shown on the product page, including bleed. PNG, JPG and TIFF also work if they're large enough.
What is bleed?
A few millimetres of extra background beyond the cut line so there are no white edges after trimming. Each product page shows the exact artwork size including bleed.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the product. Times are estimates, and we confirm them once your order is in production.
What if my artwork has a problem?
We email you with what needs fixing and don't print until it's resolved.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
